You have to study:
Unit 2:

On this unit you have to study the following pages: 18, 19,  20 ( o cadro verde non hai que memorizalo, só hai que memorizar a información dos exercícios 6 , 7 e 22)
You do not to have to memorize page 22.. You have to know how to: figure out your daily basal metabolic rate, and questions like 22 . And you have to figure out your daily basal metabolic rate following page 22 instructions (pink coloured men or women, and pink coloured chart with different calorific values)
pages24 up to 30: we are working with exercises: hand out and from the book. You have to be able to use information related to diet, use a food pyramid, or a food wheel or a healthy plate, in order to analyze our diets.

The eat well plate: you   have to fill in names of foods in a plate that shows a balanced diet: eat every day cereals, fruits and vegetables, 3 days per week meat, fish and dairy , and rarely sweets and fats
